Freshly made juice is best consumed soon after it's prepared to maximize its nutritional value. However, if you need to store it,refrigeration can extend its shelf life for a few days and freezing can preserve it much longer.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR JUICE?
Drink juice as soon as it is thawed. The juice is best cold and slushy!
WHEN SHOULD I START MY CLEANSE?
